This is an applicator for delivering octyl-blend cyanoacrylate monomer for use in wound closure. If you are unfortunate enough to fall and sustain a wound deep enough to need medical attention, you may find your wound being closed by one of these devices.

The applicator contains the monomer in a glass ampoule, which extends the shelf life, and negates the need for refrigeration.

The winged actuator provides an easy ‘click-and-use’ functionality which breaks the glass ampoule and expresses the cyanoacrylate monomer through an integral filter to the precision tip. This helps achieve precise wound closure and usually excellent cosmetic results.
