Ultrasonic Generator Enclosure
Project Brief:
Create a design for an ultrasonic generator enclosure design.
A compact lightweight generator featuring a flexible OLED wrap around screen that gives a clear indication to the surgeon of the current settings.
Notes:
The generator features the patented mode which directs pulsed waves of ultrasound into the target tissue. This allows the surgeon to coagulate large vessels or tissue bundles without cutting them. Once sealed, the surgeon simply switches to cut mode to quickly cut the tissue.
Results:
The design was completed on time and tooling manufactured for the required injection mouldings. The product was launched sucessfully.
